System Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience with eSignings and eNotarizations, please review the following system requirements: 

Webcam and Microphone Availability
Make sure your device’s camera and microphone are fully functional and ready to go for your video session.
 
Online Testing Tools:

  • Webcam Test: Head to Webcam Test, hit “Test my cam,” and your camera feed will pop up if everything’s working right.

  • Mic Test: Go to Online Mic Test, click “Test my mic,” and speak into your mic. The tool will confirm if it’s picking up sound.

Internet Connection
Here's what we recommend:

  • Minimum Speed: 1 Mbps (Download and Upload)

  • Recommended Speed: 5 Mbps or higher (Download and Upload)

Test Your Internet Speed:

  • Speedtest by Ookla:

    • Head over to www.speedtest.net, hit "Go," and check your download, upload speeds, and ping (latency).

  • Google Speed Test:

    • Type "internet speed test" in Google, then click "RUN SPEED TEST" at the top of the search results.

Our services are compatible with a range of devices. Please ensure you are using one of the following:
